I've been a little busy the past few months so I've posted Marinas bump photos together with the ones of her new tiny baby Athena. There were only approx. 7weeks between each session and what a change...a new family! Gorgeous Athena was only 12 days old in these photos and what a perfect little model she was, well maybe her dad wont think that, she had a few accidents which he caught the worst of! Welcome to the Elstob family Athena!

Christmas cards ~ 2011 | Amanda Anastassiou Photography

I know Christmas is over but I have been asked by loads of people how I did my Christmas cards, so I thought I'd share it on here. It's very simple actually, I cut some holly form my garden and froze it in little containers, then I took the 'holly ice cubes' and placed them together to create the photos, the best 2 were then sent them off to be made into the Christmas cards. Easy but effective... I hope it inspires someone to try it out, I imagine strawberries of different fruit would make a good image, let me know if you try any yourself and how it goes.

I've just done a photo shoot for the waterside restaurant MarinaVista situated on the beautiful setting of Sunderland Marina. They serve a range of contemporary & traditional Italian favourites and also have a selection of blackboard specials everyday.

The restaurant is located on the third floor of the sunderland Marine Activity Centre which means you can enjoy a tasty meal whilst overlooking the views of the Marina. I've been very busy the past few months and have finally found time to catch up with my blog. Here are some well overdue photos from Abby & Tony's fantastic Wedding at The Inn on the Lake, in the Lake district. It was a great day, with photos sneaked in between the light showers so no worries about getting Abby's gorgeous dress wet, it was such good fun and it was a pleasure to be part of Abby & Tonys perfect day.
